Return & Refund Policy – New Sweet Adventure

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. As a cottage food business operating under Michigan's Cottage Food Law, we are unable to accept returns on food items once they have left our pick-up location.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of pick-up and we will do our best to make it right.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Product was damaged at the time of pick-up
  • Incorrect item was provided

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment (cash).
